Can a Gold Angel Fish live in my 5 gallon tank?
I have a 5 gallon tank, with a heater and filter. The temp is 75-79 F*. I have a snail as an alge eater. There are no other fish in my tank. I have had my tank running for about 3 days. I want to put a Gold Angel Fish in my tank. My tank is FRESH WATER. The Gold Angel fish I want is also fresh water. But alot of people say I need a minimum tank size of 20 gallons for just this one fish. I looked online and asked others, some say I will be fine others say I cant do it. So can I have a Gold AngelFish fresh water, in my 5gallon fresh water tank?
Angelfish have the ability to get 12 inches tall. and do not survive being stunted. They are very sensitive to any disturbance in the nitrogen cycle and are not recommended for smaller aquariums for those two reasons. In order to keep angelfish healthy a tank of at least 20 inches in depth, and around 50 gallons is necessary...anything smaller is cruel and will stunt the fish. remember that you must put your animals in proper environments...you can't get one just because you want it..it must have a proper home.

Why do we have to care what goes on at the Washington Post? They fired a bunch of writers. Now there’s something to get pissed about. The Washington Times is good for cat litter. The Post, fresh fish from the Eastern Market.
I get their weekly specials delivered via email each week and while I haven’t taken time to go check it out in person, I do derive some pleasure from just perusing the ads…I used to live in SF so I was used to shopping in the small individual shops on Stockton street (best place to buy fresh fish) and the larger store across from Portsmouth Square where all the canned/dried foods, teas and any number of mah jong sets could be found.
I'm not really sure but I sure know that 'they' the fish or fresh fish are bound to get 'played' and 'eaten up' by the cats,esp the big one?Most probably the term,fish.

Guppies!!! They come in many colors and prefer to be kept in groups. Just be sure to get only males or only females. Otherwise you'll have babies, and it'll be a guppy explosion! Most people prefer males because of the very bright tails. They are also fairly hardy, and also happen to be cheap. In my area, they're about $2 each.
Ok, now i need to do some tidying up first before i can post a snap. Basically :Good stuff, water, fruit juices, carrots, brocolli, peppers,cabbage,flaxseeds,turkey,rye bread, eggs, low fat cheese, lean beef, white cheese,fresh fish (my supper)For the kids, chocolate bars, yogurt, babybel cheese, marmalade. For DH rosé, mayonnaise, sausages. The fruits leave out of the fridge, since it's currently not too warm.
