bought a cho-pan this morning – cook using your recipe.
want to eat my pie-tee – cannot find mangkuang here – what is best substitute?

My recipe for very fresh fish, dun want to drown the sweetness. Otherwise you can add a bit of oyster sauce diluted in water or ikan bilis/chicken stock dissolved in water to enhance the taste. No mangkuang? I guess you can use taugeh or very thinly sliced cabbage fried with garlic and minced pork and prawns…

  2. I find that fresh fish, either on ice (but not frozen) or purchased live has significantly greater cognitive and energy benefits than frozen fish. Also, you want to boil them, not fry them. Overcooking destroys the value. See here for my dietary experiments:

The best free dating site I've found is Dating Cafe ( ). It has all its services free of charge for unlimited time, not only the registration. As far as I know it was built to target eastern Europe, but it grown fast and is spreading wold wide now.
It has everything you want from a dating site: messenger, chat, personal blog… even a picture voting system :)
And the basic rules are to be polite and not to upload nude or fake pictures in your public photo album.
Aha… one more thing: is also open for everyone, no matter of race, sexual orientation etc.
    Give it a try!
    You'll love it

  5. Mercury is a persistent problem but it's easily avoided by consuming fish in moderation, which the FDA and the EPA have studied in depth. Actually, canned tuna typically has a higher mercury content than fresh fish from Brooklyn.

One of the bigger concerns in the Upper Hudson though is the carcinogenic compound PCB, but that's not really a problem in Sheepshead Bay. The fish sold there is brought in from the Atlantic and it's surely safe to eat.

  6. Palagi fish taco Cajun Snapper! On fresh white bread with lemon…. #rightnow"
