how can i get rid of a sunburn quickly?

i am at camp and i got burned kinda badly. i am not like lobster red, but a few weeks ago i had such a bad burn that burned off 2 layers of skin, so i just burned my new, baby-like skin, and that is not healthy.

school starts on the 20th where i live, and i do not want to be sunburned for the first day. i have to go to camp til friday, but i swear i will wear sunscreen.

how can i get rid of my sunburn quickly (prefferably so that it doesn't peel, but if it does, it doesn't matter much)?

oh, ps, it doesn't hurt that bad either.

and im gonna wear a hat for the rest of the week.

I just got back from Yosemite and got "lobster red" sunburn on the back of my neck because I was lazy and didn't take the time to put on any sunscreen. I took 24 hours and constantly applied lotion and aloe vera. also I did not take one step outside. I sat in front of a fan, watched tv and devoted that day to fading that burn. Now it is gone and even came out with a mild tan! =) good luck!

Question on Legal Seafoods Restaurants?

How much does it cost for a dinner for two at Legal Seafoods, this is a gift certificate I want to buy for a couple, they aren't big drinkers they would only share a glass of wine at the most.

It's been a couple of years, but figure getting a $50 certificate. That should cover 2x MOST entrees and maybe a bit on the wine.

Ethical Question: I have a bunch of $25 Phillips Seafood Gift Certs, should I be able to use them for tip?

I have bunch of these $25 gift certs to a restaurant, Phillips Seafood. The certificate does not expressly state any limitations. I'm going to the restaurant this w/e, I'm wondering if I get any sheet about not being able to tip with them or get cash back if a differential exists, would you create an argument or accept it?

On one hand, someone payed full value in cash to this restaurant, why should it be treated any different?

On the other hand, what if the waitress doesn't get tips out of those and they have some policy, keeping in mind nothing is stated on the certificate or on the website.

How would you decide if you had a restaurant gift card you payed full value for and were told you couldn't tip or get cash back with it? I don't know if this is their policy, but if it is, I wonder if I should create a fuss?
These are gift certificates, not cards, I would want to add the tip included in the value of the certificate.
